- display police stations, hospitals, firemen, call then or navigate to them

Check out the alert view :
- send a green alert to say "everything is ok" to your community. It will be displayed on the map
- send an orange alert to say "something might be wrong". It will be displayed on the map
- send a red alert to say "something is wrong" : it will be displayed on the map and your helpers will received a phone call/sms/email that will describe the situation.
